We want to provide you with fingertip-control to the Bigleaf platform, but continue to partner to ensure your users get the best possible application experience. This means that we’re keeping our same SLA and we’ll continue to provide skilled 24/7 tech-support, but for changes that you feel confident in, you can make them in real-time without contacting us. These new Bigleaf Administrator roles and permissions unlock:
Bigleaf still retains responsibility for the overall user and application experience, and is always available 24/7 to help, but these new Bigleaf Administration features give you greater control over:
Site Configuration – Change or add circuits at customer sites
SD-WAN Settings – Adjust load-balancing settings by site
Team Management – Create role-based logins for different functions in their organization
The new administration capabilities are also a boon for our growing roster of MSP partners. MSPs can now provide varying levels of user access to their customers based on their technical abilities. MSPs also now have the ability to grant in-house IT staff control over their Bigleaf settings, and grant read-only credentials to less technical customers who still want visibility into their network performance.
